Crunchy Mustard

Vineyard Lot For Sale @ Old Redwood Hwy, Windsor, CA

The Grass is Green. The Sky is Blue.
All is black. All is White. All is black again.

A drip. A beep.
A line is made. A pool is made.
The whites turn Red. A White turns green.

A drip. A tick.
No motion. No Beep.

A push. A push. A push.
A Kiss. A beep.

All is black. All is white. All is color again.
The Sky is Blue. The Grass is Green.

bud break

welcome back!
photo taken today from a random vineyard along Magnolia Drive, Healdsburg CA

"Buds have begun popping in Sonoma County vineyards where microclimates have guarded the delicate, young shoots from the morning chill, and continued warmth this week should speed bud break throughout the region. Bud break marks the annual spring season in Wine Country when once dormant vines come to life, and when grape growers roll out their frost-protection measures as evening and daytime temperatures vary greatly.Opening of the buds varies by grape - with chardonnay breaking out first and cabernet sauvignon last - and by climate and location."
